TIMES MAY CHANGE

Whilst we have done everything we can to ensure the booking times you are provided are the final times, as we operate this experience on the mainline with Network Rail, times could change up to a hour either way of your booking. You will be updated closer to the event date should your times change. Any last minute delays or time changes will be sent to you via email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp.

PLEASE PLAN YOUR ONWARD JOURNEY CAREFULLY

While the on-board experience lasts approximately one hour, guests should allow around 1.5 to 2 hours in total for the full event.
As this is a live railway experience, timings may occasionally vary due to operational factors. Delays, though uncommon, can occur either before departure or while on board.
We therefore recommend allowing additional time when planning your onward travel, particularly if you intend to catch a train or make time-sensitive arrangements.

BAGS & PUSHCHAIRS

Please be aware bags may be searched before entering the event area to ensure safety. Should you leave the area they will need to be re-checked. Large bags / pushchairs and suitcases are NOT allowed on board the train and will need to be left near check-in. Your belongings are left at your own risk.
